Description: Makes a lot of chili just add 2lbs beef (you can add beans too if you like) For a delicious change try using 1lb ground Bison (Buffalo) and 1lb Ground Pork or Lamb 1 Onion Chopped 2 cans “chili” beans or pinto beans, 1 can diced tomatoes. I usually simmer for 5-6hours in Crock Pot (After browning meat and onions in a heavy pan). Serve with a garnish of shredded Pepper Jack or Mild Cheddar Cheese. This is way good and makes enough to serve the whole gang.
Warning: This blend is powerful. If you prefer mild chili please start with a 1/4 cup of mix and hold the balance to add to taste just before cheese garnish.
