Green Chile Burger
Serve topped with a slice of melted cheese, salsa and avocado, or make it a burger in a bun!
Ingredients:
- 1 - 1.5lbs Ground Beef (ground turkey works too!)
- 1 Gourmet Farms Green Chile Mix
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
- Pour entire packet of Gourmet Farms Green Chile Mix into a small bowl.
- Add 1/2 c of warm water and stir. Let sit for 10 - 20 minutes, allowing the dried ingredients to hydrate.
- Once hydrated, mix into ground beef and add cheddar cheese
- Make your Green Chile Burger patties and grill to your liking
- Optional ingredients: add a small can of chopped green chiles, minched onions, and if you like a little heat, add a chopped jalapeno.
